1 Maximum Occupancy: 7 guests (7 adults max).
2 Parking: Space for 3 vehicles, does not have garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
disclosure: the driveway is steep and might scrape low vehicles!!
3 Pets: Strictly no pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.

* noise: be respectful to neighbors Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* a/c: most homes do not have air conditioning Nights are cooler with open windows.
* ants: clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* trash: dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation
* age requirement: you must be at least 24 years old to book We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
